Kangana Ranaut Shames Female Achievers For Wearing Torn American Jeans, Gets Trolled For Wearing The Same Herself

Kangana Ranaut is not new to controversies. She finds her way into the news in some way or the other, the recent one being her remark on female achievers for wearing torn jeans. We think Kangana forgot that Twitter can be merciless at times, and that trolling knows no limits.

Kangana boasted as she tweeted, “Appreciation tweet for ancient women who not only represented their individuality but their entire civilization, cultures, and nations. Today if such achievers are to be clicked they will all wear torn American jeans n rags like blouses, representing nothing but American marketing.”

However, Twitter users did not take this tweet well, with netizens taking to dig up Kangana’s own pictures wearing the same old ‘American torn jeans’. One user tweeted, “I know right?!”, sharing her picture in a western dress. Another tweeted, “Hypocrisy unlimited”, sharing another picture of her in a dress. Some came in her support and said, “American marketing is currently the biggest threat to not just our Indian culture but also the self-esteem of our country’s youth.”

One user was quick to dig up Kangana’s own picture in an American torn jeans and another in western dresses:

Twitter can be brutal at times, isn’t it? This is a wise reminder of how one shall take a look in the mirror before pointing fingers at others. As the trolling continues, one user wrote, “Brilliant observation. It’s fun watching people acting all rebellious and free while parroting western thought, product and behaviour like trained monkeys. You always surprise me with your takes. Hats off” Ouch.

In a separate tweet, Kangana wrote: “Shame on you @mybmc most corrupt civic body in the whole nation, you are a disgrace on this democracy.Planning to file criminal cases on all those who participated in this illegal demolition, if you are not going to let me rebuild my house I won’t let you sleep peacefully either.”, as her office lays dismantled badly.
