Actor and politician Ravi Kishan, who has worked in Bhojpuri, Hindi, and Telugu films, recently spoke up about his acting experience, early days of difficulty, and an encounter on the casting couch. Ravi, who has previously starred in reality TV series such as Bigg Boss and Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, stated that he was approached in exchange for the opportunity to perform in films.

Ravi stated that these are common events in show business, and he was able to ‘leave’ the embarrassing position. He went on to say that he knew he was gifted and didn’t want to take the “shortcut.”

“Yes, that occurred, and this is something that occurs in the profession,” the actor stated during Rajat Sharma’s Aap ki Adalat. But I managed to get away. My father had told me that I should approach my work honestly and that I should never take shortcuts. “I knew I had talent.”

When pressed for further information about what had happened, the actor said, “I can’t identify her since she has become a big shot now.” ‘Coffee peene raat me aayie (Come over for a cup of coffee tonight)’ she had urged. The actor added that he had assumed that having coffee is something people prefer doing during day time and got his hint and refused the offer.

Ravi Kishan made his debut in the 1992 Hindi film Pitambar and has since become a household name in Bollywood. He is recognised as a Bhojpuri movie superstar. Among his most well-known works are Army, Hera Pheri, Tere Naam, Luck, Agent Vinod, and Mukkabaaz. He was most recently seen in last year’s Love You Loktantra and the Netflix web series Khakee: The Bihar Chapter.
