On November 1, 2023, the iconic BB Anthem woke up the contestants of Bigg Boss 17. The song had established the tone for another day of drama and challenges. Bigg Boss sprung a surprise on the contestants by announcing the season’s first luxury budget task. However, before the task even began, Bigg Boss instructed the participants of ‘Dum Ka Makaan.’ Biss Boss asked to securely store all their food supplies inside the storage room.
Housemates Misunderstand Task Rules
As Bigg Boss started explaining the rules of the task, some housemates were not paying proper attention. This incited Bigg Boss’s frustration. He further asked the contestants the liberty to carry out the task according to their understanding. The task involved a spoon and a stick, with participants Mannara and Ankita holding the stick. The challenge stipulated that the first person to drop the stick would lose the task. However, as the rules were unclear to the housemates, confusion and chaos ensued. Eventually, both Mannara and Ankita ended up dropping their respective spoons.
When Bigg Boss inquired about who dropped the stick first, Sana nominated Ankita, despite Mannara being the first to falter. This decision left the other housemates shocked, and they accused Sana of being ‘biased’ and influenced by personal animosities during the task.

The drama continued as the winning team, Makaan No. 2, was allowed to collect rations for two minutes, and the other contestants continued to argue with Sana. Amid the turmoil, Abhishek Kumar snatched the ration basket from Rinku Dhawan, claiming that the timer had expired, and she couldn’t take the supplies back to her ‘Makaan.’
This incident led to further confrontation, with Khanzaadi and Abhishek getting into a heated argument. Khanzaadi accused Abhishek of trying to push her, prompting Bigg Boss to reprimand him. Later, Abhishek realized his mistake and offered an apology to Khanzaadi, promising not to repeat his actions.

As the night descended, Abhishek Kumar approached Khanzaadi again, earnestly apologizing for his behavior. After some reluctance, Khanzaadi eventually accepted his apology, indicating that all was forgiven, at least for now.
