Chitrangda Singh, who is preparing for her forthcoming psychological thriller Gaslight, has disclosed that her co-star in the film, Sara Ali Khan, had an unnerving experience on the set of the film during the shoot. While the cast and crew enjoyed shooting at Wankaner Palace, something was off on the sets as well. Sara Ali Khan decided to skip her commute and stay at the palace to save time, which is when she encountered something that the film’s crew is still trying to figure out.

Chitrangda Singh commented on the incident, saying, “She (Sara) said she could hear voices in the palace.” She could feel someone passing by like a gust of wind when she went to the toilet. Sara got up there one night, and the palace was supposedly a little haunted, so she returned to the hotel. We’re not sure if it was paranormal.”

The film, directed by Pavan Kirpalani and produced by Ramesh Taurani, Tips Films Ltd., and Akshai Puri, 12th Street Productions, starring Sara Ali Khan, Chitrangda Singh, Vikrant Massey, Akshay Oberoi, and Rahul Dev.

Sara is balancing the marketing of her upcoming feature, Gaslight, with the shoot of Murder Mubarak. Sara has done back-to-back interviews for the Disney+ Hotstar film, which is a first for her. For the first time in her four-and-a-half-year career, the actor has ventured into the thriller genre. She will also be seen in a wheelchair in the film, which also stars Chitrangda Singh and Vikrant Massey.

Sara expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to be a part of Gaslight in an exclusive conversation with OTTplay.
