After Akshay Kumar, Rajnikanth and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, its time for Ranveer Singh to collaborate with the Man v/s Wild fame, Bear Grylls for an action packed adventure show that will be produced by the OTT giant, Netflix. This is going to be the first time the actor will be sharing screen space with the renowned British Adventurer and TV Presenter in a global series that is being touted as one of the biggest non fiction shows to be produced in India.

The concept of the show has been developed by Grylls himself and after several rounds of discussion with Netflix, the makers felt that it is Ranveer who fits the bill for the format of the show. The actor will be seen performing some ‘never seen before’, life threatening stunts. The ground work for the show has already begun and the makers plan to wrap up the shoot by the end of this year itself. If reports are to be believed, Ranveer Singh is expected to begin shooting for the show in the month of August, in Siberia, where he will have to brace himself to survive in the extreme weather conditions.

On the professional front, Ranveer is awaiting the release of his films, 83, Jayeshbhai Jordar and Cirkus, all of which got delayed due to the pandemic. He will soon begin filming for Karan Johar’s directorial venture, in which he will be seen opposite Alia Bhatt. The two also shared screen space in Gully Boy, which was directed by Zoya Akhtar. The actor has also collaborated with filmmaker S Shankar for the official Hindi adaptation of Anniyan.
