Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif’s wedding was one of the biggest events of the year. The couple remained tight-lipped about their relationship till they finally tied the knot in a private yet grand function. As you might have gone through the social media, VicKat took their ‘Saat Pheras’ at Six Senses Barwara Fort, Rajasthan where the guests had to follow strict rules to be part of the wedding.
As soon as the wedding took place, Vicky and Katrina announced it on their respective Twitter handle in a joint statement. “Only love and gratitude in our hearts for everything that brought us to this moment. Seeking all your love and blessings as we begin this new journey together,” their post read.
However, after days the host of the power couples wedding has revealed his reaction when he was approached for emceeing at their wedding. In an interview with Bollywoodlife, he said, “I have a colossal heart for the couple: Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif. So when they reached out to me for the wedding, I was almost amazed by this opportunity. It was like one of those things that you find nearly too beautiful to be true.
For those who don’t know Vishaal has been hosting and emceeing for the past 8 years and has worked at different events including IPL. Talking about the wedding he said, “I consider that it is always necessary to bring my best on stage, regardless of the occasion or the conditions that may come my way. I devote myself solely to making the extraordinary days of my clients absolutely memorable.”
He continued further and said, “A marriage has to be a peculiar event for anyone who comes through that stage. If the duo wants to keep it personal and secret, whoever they are, my priority is to meet their wishes. I have declined to accept requests from several portals on sharing information about the festivities, and will continue to do the same”.
