Actor turned politician recently embraced motherhood as she welcomed a baby boy. However, there were a lot of speculations about the newborn’s father but the actress was determined that she is not going to reveal the name of the father. For those who are unaware, Nusrat Jahan was earlier married to Nikhil Jain but they separated on the grounds that their marriage is not valid in India as they got married in Turkey as per the Turkish regulations.
There was a mystery around the child’s father which is now finally revealed. It turns out that the baby’s father is actor Yash Dasgupta. As per the reports, the birth certificate of the baby boy holds his name as the father. It is Yishaan J Dasgupta. Yash Dasgupta is rumoured to be dating Nusrat Jahan for quite a long time now. He had also accompanied her during hospital visits. The two were also recently spotted together at Municipal Corporation. The couple will be co-parenting their son together.
They were last seen together in the film SOS Kolkata which released during the 2020 lockdown.
