One of the suspects involved is identified as Vishal also known as Kalu. The suspect was earlier arrested for motorcycle theft in 2020 and later sent to Tihar jail.

Vishal, along with another unidentified individual, was spotted riding a motorcycle and firing five rounds at Salman Khan’s Bandra residence. While Vishal’s identity was confirmed through CCTV footage, his accomplice remains unknown. However, Anmol Bishnoi, the brother of incarcerated gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, claimed responsibility for the shooting on social media.

Vishal has a history of criminal involvement, with his association with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang being particularly notable. Allegedly, he works for gangster Rohit Godara and has been implicated in various criminal activities, including the murder of a bookie named Sachin in Rohtak.
Records indicate that Vishal, a resident of Mahavir Pura in Gurgaon, was arrested in 2020 for motorcycle theft. Subsequently, he was involved in multiple cases of robbery and snatching in 2023, primarily in the Bawana police station area. His criminal activities escalated after his initial arrest, leading to his association with Rohit Godara’s gang.
