Pankaj Tripathi reveals a behind-the-scenes video of himself recreating Former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s iconic UN Speech as he wraps up his upcoming film Main Atal Hoon. Pankaj Tripathi’s recent sharing of a clip from his upcoming film Main Atal Hoon, in which he is portraying former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s famous UN speech, pleased viewers. 

Pankaj Tripathi recreated the famous UN speech of former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee in a video that he shared on Saturday after he finished filming for his next film Main Atal Hoon. Also written by the actor was a Hindi note that began, “This ‘Atal’ journey will also be remembered. I feel myself lucky to have the opportunity to show such a part of such a great personality like Atal Bihari Bajpayee on the big screen.”

Fans of Pankaj Tripathi who enjoyed the video expressed their delight in the comments section. One of the remarks read, “looking awesome.” Another wrote, “outstanding sir.” Another person commented, “True actor.” Another comment read, “what a performance.”  Pankaj Tripathi plays former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee in Main Atal Hoon, directed by Ravi Jadhav and produced by Vinod Bhanushali under the auspices of Bhanushali Studios Limited and Legend Studios Production. The biographical movie, which was written by Utkarsh Naithani, will debut on December 25.

 

Earlier, Pankaj Tripathi spoke about his experience playing Atal Bihari Vajpayee, “Getting a chance to play the role of our great leader, Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee was an honour in itself. We went through rigorous reading sessions, to understand the dialect, his lifestyle, and his vision for India. I feel elated today as we begin shooting for Main Atal Hoon.”  In addition to Main Atal Hoon, Pankaj Tripathi has OMG 2, a forthcoming Hindi-language satirical comedy-drama in development. In this film, he will appear alongside Akshay Kumar and Yami Gautam. Amit Rai directed the film, which is set for release on August 11.
