Television’s most popular sitcom Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chasma is making the news for all the wrong reasons. Over the past few years, many artists working on the show have left it at their peak and have registered several complaints. Earlier, out of all the lead cast many have left the show including Disha Vakani, Shailesh Lodha, Neha Mehta, and others. Now, another actor from the show Monika Bhadoriya puts allegations against the producer of TMKOC Asit Modi.
In the past, Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal had also left the show and complained about sexual harassment against Asit Modi. Now, Monika Bhadoriya has also opened up about her experience working with Asit Modi. the actor quit the show in 2019 and has now revealed that Asit Modi used to treat artists like dogs on set. He claims to be God, according to the actress. Monika Bhadoriya stepped out from the show and now, in response to Jennifer’s assertions, she has recounted her own experience.
Monika told in an interview that the makers of the had stopped her payment of Rs 5 Lakh after she left the show. she also stated that the people on the show were not supportive when her mother was in the hospital and battling cancer. The makers also asked her to rep[ort on the set seven days later after her mother passed away. On explaining her situation the team said they are paying her the money so needs to show up on the set. The actress narrated that when she used to reach set there was nothing for her to do for at least 3-4 hours.
