Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone, two Bollywood actors, are one of the most adored on-screen couples. The fact that they began dating after collaborating on the films Bachna Ae Haseeno and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani is widely known. The brief lifespan of their off-screen relationship, however, left the viewers in tears. To everyone’s amazement, despite their horrible relationship ending, they worked together once more on Tamasha, a film by Imtiaz Ali.

A gutsy reporter had gone on to question the pair about what it was like to work with the “former lover” during a press conference for the movie. Social media users have been sharing the same video, in which Ranbir makes a vicious reply that has them all in stitches. We seldom ever see two ex-lovers reunite for a movie in Bollywood, the journalist can be heard saying in the footage. How do you guys manage to do it so superbly?

Deepika interrupts Ranbir and mockingly applauds the journalist for his “unique question.” The actor who plays Ved in the film continues by describing how they both rise early in the morning, get ready, and get to the set. “Imtiaz Ali hume scene batate hain aur hum shoot karte hain,” they say thereafter. Finished!”

In Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra: Part One – Shiva, where Ranbir portrayed the role of Shiva, and Deepika had a brief appearance as Shiva’s mother Amrita, was last seen. Fans had hoped to see them together even though they never appeared together on screen because Dev and Amrita are reportedly the main focus of the movie’s sequel.
