Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are a hot couple who are all set to complete two years of their marriage. They are a power couple and we all love to see them go mushy together. As they are all set to celebrate their second marriage anniversary, they have already announced their plans for their diwali celebration this year. And it seems even these two are not doing anything extraordinary this year like Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif Ali Khan, and their little munchkin Taimur Ali Khan.
Talking about her Diwali plans, Deepika told Hindustan Times, “Honestly, we are going to keep things quiet low key, keeping in mind the sensitivity towards the environment and the people around us. It’s been a difficult year for many in different ways. So, what we intend to do is, to stay at home, do a simple pooja and spend time with family. Normally, that’s what we, anyway, do.” Last month, Deepika Padukone was summoned by the Narcotics Control Bureau for her alleged connection to drugs after they found chats of her former manager Karishma Prakash’s name came to light.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Deepika Padukone will be starring opposite her husband Ranveer Singh in Kabir Khan’s ’83. She also has Pathan with Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham, Shakun Batra’s next and another project with Baahubali star Prabhas.
