On Sunday, Bollywood actress Kajol went to the Siddhivinayak Temple with her daughter Nysa Devgan to seek Lord Ganesha’s blessings. The actress wore a flowery kurta and pyjama pair, while her daughter wore a basic white kurta and pyjama set. As soon as the mother-daughter stepped outside the temple after seeking blessings the paparazzi captured them.
However, Nysa Devgn was posing with her mother and looked visibly tired. As the videos and pictures of the two were out the trollers started targeting them. They questioned Nysa Devgn’s sudden dressing sense as she is often seen in Western wear.
“Itna bada transformation kaise hogya,” wrote one user, “I think isko zabardasti laya gaya hai mandir mein,” commented another user. “she needs some rest after all the party and trips she does,” wrote another user. Several internet users mocked Nysa for wearing traditional attire, while others defended her freedom to wear whatever she wants.
One social media user who backed Nysa Devgan said, “I don’t understand the point of trolling.” In clubs and at events, people wear Western attire. That doesn’t mean they can’t be religious or go to temples.” Meanwhile, Nysa Devgan recently returned from a holiday in Dubai. She rang in the New Year with Aryan Khan, Orhan Awatramani, and actor Ahan Shetty. She has now shared pictures with her friends from Jaisalmer where she could be seen enjoying camel rides.
Kajol, who was last featured in the theatrical film ‘Salaam Venky,’ welcomed 2023 with her husband Ajay Devgn and family, including sister Tanisha Mukerji. Bobby Deol was also spotted at their New Year’s Eve celebration. Nysa Devgan, on the other hand, had a great time in Dubai on New Year’s Eve.
