One of the most adorable and looked upon couples of the B-town, Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia Dsouza were seen as special guests on the show Super Dancer Chapter 4 on their Shaadi Special Episode. Reminiscing their wedding day the couple revealed some fun facts about their d-day. In a viral video clip leaked by Sony Television’s official Instagram page, the actress revealed her husband Riteish Deshmukh touched her feet 8 times during the wedding ritual.
Genelia was heard saying, “We may have modernized our weddings and turned them into another party, but I adore traditional weddings and consider myself fortunate to have got one. Every ceremony was a blast for me, and I was very emotional during my Bidaai as well, but we all had a great time.” “Of course, Ritesh had to touch my feet, eight times.”
Genelia also did a little victory dance while revealing this funny story while Riteish added that the priest was getting him prepared for the rest of his life. “I think the priest knew what I am supposed to do after the wedding. He made me practice it before,” he said. The couple had two wedding ceremonies — one Christian and second, Maharashtrian.
Riteish and Genelia met on the sets of Tujhe Meri Kasam and instantly developed a liking for each other. The duo took the upital plunge in year 2012 and has been going strong ever since. They are proud parents to their two sons Riaan Deshmukh and Rahyl Deshmukh.
