But now it seems that with the new year, the apartment has also got a new tenant. The sea-facing apartment of the actor was empty for the past two years.
The luxurious apartment of the star has 4 bedrooms along with a huge terrace and is located in Mumbai’s Bandra area. Shushant Singh Rajput was living with his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty and his staff. The real estate broker named Rafique Merchant had earlier stated that the owner of the flat has now refused to give his apartment to the film star. But now he has revealed that the flat has finally a tenant and according to Rafique, he is in the final stage of deciding things with the family.
Rafique mentioned that due to all the attention to Shushant’s case and media attention, many tenants were not sure about the apartment. But now according to him, people are now relaxed about the case as it has been going on for a long time. The new tenant will now pay rupees 5 lahks per month and will also give a security deposit of 30 Lakh.
Meanwhile, many fans of the actor are now demanding the closure of Shushant Singh Rajput’s case. the followers want to the authority to investigate the case properly and provide justice to the departed soul.
