A few days ago we broke to you the news that Pracheen Chauhan has been arrested by Malad police in Mumbai on charges of molesting a 22-year-old actress. As per a report in Tellychakkar, “The actor has been charged with sections of the Indian Penal Code- 354,342,323, 506(2).”
When SpotBoye.com contacted Pracheen Chauhan had said, “I don’t want to talk about the matter right now as I am devastated and I need to speak to my lawyer also before I comment on the matter. For now, I can just say obviously it’s a false case and I will be telling the real story very soon by releasing an official statement.”

He had stated, “When I have the whole clarity on it, I will tell what is the true story.” Earlier on Saturday, Prakash Bele senior PI Kurar Village police station, Malad (East), had told TOI “The complainant along with a friend was invited by the accused to his residence on June 30. The accused was drunk and touched her inappropriately. He was produced before the Borivali court today and has been granted bail.”

A few days ago another popular television star Pearl V Puri was arrested on the charges of raping a minor girl which left us shook. He was charged with section 376 AB of the Indian Penal Code, under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012. Puri was later granted bail on June 15, 2021.
