The next episode of season 13 Kaun Banega Crorepati will star Padukone and Farah Khan. In a new teaser for the show, Amitabh Bachchan reveals that Deepika eats every three minutes. Further on her statement, Deepika says that even the veteran actor who followed Farah was moved and said that maybe that’s why Deepika agreed to work with her because the actor loves biryani made by filmmakers. In response, Amitabh expressed surprise, asking how he had never offered her biriani. Farah explains that he is a vegetarian and has no concept of “vegetarian biryani” and his sweet jokes continue.
The teaser came a few days after a video of the elder Bachchan auditioning for Farah recreates Om Shanti Om’s dialogue “Ek Chutki Sindoor”. In this episode, Deepika, Farah, and Amitabh Bachchan will also celebrate the Ganesh Chaturthi festival. Deepika Padukone will give Ganpati’s idol Amitabh Bachchan and her friend/mentor Farah Khan. The episode will also feature 12 Indian Idol members Pavandeep Rajan, Arunita Kanjilal, Shanmuka Priya, Sayli Kamble, Mohd Danish and Nihal Tauro.
In terms of work, Deepika will share screen space with Amitabh Bachchan in the Hindi remake of Intern. The two will also be sharing screen space in the film Naga Ashwin, in which Prabhas is starring. Farah, on the other hand, recently collaborated with Sonu Sood for the song “Saath Kya Nibhaoge.” The filmmaker is currently under quarantine after being tested positive for Covid-19.
