Kangana Ranaut never ceases from getting in the headlines. But it is mostly due to her controversial tweets or her unabashed sharing of her views. But this time, she has gotten into the headlines for showing her emotional side and breaking down during the trailer launch of Thalaivi. During the trailer launch of her upcoming film, Kangana Ranaut broke down thanking the director of her film for believing in her talent.
Kangana took to her Twitter to share a video of crying herself on stage during the trailer launch. Kangana captioned the video, “I call myself Babbar Sherni cause I never cry I never give anyone the privilege of making me cry, don’t remember when I cried last but today I cried and cried and cried and it feels so good #ThalaiviTrailer.”
In the video, Kangana spoke about how she had never met a man in her life who did not make her feel apologetic about her talent. “I want to say that he is one person who has made me feel good about my talent. Especially the kind of camaraderie they show with the male hero, they never show with an actress. But I learnt from him, how to treat actors and how to show creative partnership,” she said.
Kangana’s upcoming film Thalaivi traces the journey of legendary actor-politician J Jayalalithaa from films to politics. Going by the trailer, Kangana has absolutely nailed it and how! It shows her relationship with MG Ramachandra (played by Arvind Swami) and how she stood her ground and won people’s hearts as an independent leader.
