The duo never misses a chance to impress the fans and are loved for their acting and their nok jhoks. But not many people know that Dinesh Shukla and Munmum Dutta have known each other from way back and not just Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma.
Dilip Joshi aka Jethalal and Babita Ji aka Munmun Dutta knew each other even before they began shooting for the show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma. While we all are anxiously waiting for Disha Vakani aka Dayaben’s return on the show, Jethalal is constantly seen trying to find ways to stay close to Babita Ji. But this show is not the first time that we have seen them together. Dilip Joshi and Munnun Dutta have earlier worked on the show called Hum Sab Baarati.
The show Hum Sab Baarati saw Dilip Joshi and Munmun Dutta working as co-actors in 2004 much before they started working on TMKOC that went on air in 2008. While Jethalal and Babita Ji share a history in the past of working together, there’s no doubt the co-actors still manage to share a great bond of friendship. According to a report in a section of the media, Dilip Joshi was the one who asked Munmun Dutta to audition for the TMKOC before it became a hit.
