Abhishek Bachchan along with powerful star cast Yami Gautam and Nimrat Kaur are here to entertain you with their upcoming film ‘Dasvi’. The film has been directed by Tushar Jalota and is one of the most awaited films of the year.
The trailer opens with Junior Bachchan acing the never seen before avatar of a corrupt and illiterate politician Ganga Ram Chaudhary. The trailer also shows Yami Gautam playing an IPS officer who challenges Ganga Ram that he won’t be able to finish his 10th standard in jail. The trailer also features Nimrat Kaur who is playing the role of Ganga Ram’s wife in the film.
In the trailer, Abhishek Bachchan’s character has been sent to jail for the scams conducted by him. As he enters the jail, he informs his wife Bimla Devi that in his absence she will have to become the CM. Ganga Ram then takes the challenge in the jail to complete his education which he had left after the 8th standard. However, the dream of Ganga Ram to clear ‘Dasvi’ has its own challenges which will be cleared out in the film.
By looking at the trailer we can only assume that the movie has got a strong story plot and great actors. The lead actor, Abhishek Bachchan shared the trailer of the film on his social media handle and left his fans more than delighted. “Public ki demand pe, aur bhaari bharkam vote se, present karte hai #DasviTrailer! #Dasvi,” he wrote.

Meanwhile, the film ‘Dasvi’ has been backed by Dinesh Vijan and is set to release on 7th April on Netflix and Jio Cinemas.
