In the latest episode of Bigg Boss 17, Ankita Lokhande opened up about her painful breakup. She talked about parting ways with the late Sushant Singh Rajput. The actress shared her feelings with fellow contestant Navid Sole, describing this phase of her life. She called it one of the most challenging times. She revealed that it took around two and a half years for her to emerge from the aftermath of the breakup. During this trying time, Ankita confided in her then-best friend, Vicky. Ankita expressed her belief that her ex-boyfriend would return, making it difficult to move on.

The Pain of Moving On

Ankita divulged that she found it incredibly challenging to move on, unable to fathom the idea of dating someone new. She characterized this period as “painful.” Her relationship with Sushant had blossomed during their collaboration on the TV show “Pavitra Rishta,” and they had been together for several years before parting ways.

Rediscovering Love with Vicky

On the other hand, Ankita eventually found love and companionship in her best friend, Vicky, with whom she is now happily married. In a previous interview with Bollywood Bubble, Ankita emphasized her unwavering belief in love even after her breakup with Sushant. She expressed, “I never rejected love. I always had this feeling that yes, there is someone for me, and I think my existence is love. That’s what I feel.”

Reflecting on her relationship with Vicky, Ankita described how she never gave up on the idea of love, and her deep belief eventually led her to Vicky. She spoke about their strong connection and the immense comfort they share in their relationship.

Over the years, much has changed. Tragically, in 2020, Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his Bandra apartment while in a relationship with Rhea Chakraborty.

In a recent Weekend Ka Vaar episode of Bigg Boss 17, emotions ran high as Salman Khan shed light on Vicky Jain’s hidden agenda, leading to Ankita’s tearful reaction.
