Former Bigg Boss OTT 3 contestant Payal Malik, who recently made headlines by expressing her desire to divorce Armaan Malik, faced backlash after sharing intimate photos with him on social media. In a collaborative post, Payal and Armaan shared romantic pictures, with Payal in a striped outfit and Armaan in casual attire. The post, captioned with just a pair of emojis, drew immediate and intense reactions from the online community.
One user commented, “Pr behen divorce ka ky hua (Sister, what happened to the divorce?)” Another remarked, “Ab divorce kaha gaya (Where has the divorce gone?)” Criticism continued with comments like, “Jhut bol rahi thi fame ke liye talaak kab legi (She was lying about the divorce for fame).”
Armaan Malik had entered the Bigg Boss OTT 3 house in June with both his wives, Payal and Kritika. Payal was the first to be eliminated, while Armaan exited during the finale week. Kritika, on the other hand, became one of the finalists. The trio faced public outrage for promoting polygamy on the reality show.
Following her eviction, Payal Malik announced in a vlog her intention to divorce Armaan. She expressed her frustration, stating in Hindi, “I am done with the drama and the hate. As long as it was about me, I was okay but now the hate is coming to my kids. This is so shocking and disgusting. I have decided to part ways with Armaan for the same reason. He can stay with Kritika while I’ll take care of the kids.”
However, Payal later reversed her decision, sharing a more optimistic message. “I am back with some positivity. Things will be fine soon. Your love and support will be with us. After a point, negativity will also stop. When people will see our happy family, things will be fine. I am sure about it. Things weren’t good in the past too but everything got better. This time also, things will be fine. I know you people won’t stop loving us. I am able to gather this courage only because of your support,” she said.
The contrasting messages and public display of affection have sparked widespread debate, with many questioning the authenticity of Payal’s initial divorce announcement and her true intentions.
