Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are finally husband and wife now! The couple sealed the deal with a kiss after dating for five long years. The duos got close while shooting for Brahmastra and have been together since then. After much suspense and secrecy, the couple tied the knot in the presence of their friends and family. As informed by Ranbir’s mother Neetu Kapoor earlier, the wedding took place at Ranbir’s house, Vastu.
The couple had only invited 28 people at their wedding which include their family and close friends like Karan Johar and Ayan Mukherjee. Alia Bhatt’s close friend Aakashna Ranjan was also seen posting pictures of herself as she left for the wedding. As soon as the couple tied the knot the pictures of the couple after completing their pheras started doing rounds on the internet.

However, one video which caught everyone’s attention was from the varmala ceremony. In the video, Ranbir could be seen lifted by his friends while Alia was trying to put the varmala on him. However, soon after Ranbir could be seen kneeling down in front of her lady love Alia Bhatt. The ‘Raazi’ actress then puts the varmala on him and the actor kisses her.
Ranbir and Alia’s pre-wedding festivities were filled with stary guests such as Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karishma Kapoor, and all the other members of the Kapoor family. From Alia’s side, the actress’s mother Soni Razdan made the entry along with her sister Tina. Mahesh Bhatt was also seen accompanied by his daughter Pooja Bhatt.
