Reports about their companionship initially surfaced following the circulation of a video capturing their New Year’s Eve kiss at a celebratory event in Goa. Their on-screen debut together was marked by their appearance in a segment of the Netflix anthology, Lust Stories 2, directed by Sujoy Ghosh.
