She calmly addressed the majority of her followers’ enquiries during the session, including those concerning her aspirations for marriage. It all began when the actress disclosed that she travelled to Jaipur to attend a wedding. Consequently, her admirers started asking her about her intentions to get married. Sushmita replied that she wanted to marry and said: “I also want to get married.”
In the same response, Sushmita clarified that she is unable to marry somebody simply because she wishes to. Instead, she is searching for the proper individual. The actress from Aarya stated that when selecting a romantic companion, there should be a heart-to-heart connection. Afterwards, the pair may tie the knot. Stressing the importance of finding the appropriate mate, she stated: “Milna chahiye na koi shaadi karne layek. Aise thodi hoti hai shaadi. Kehte hai na, bohot romantic way mein toh dil ka rishta hota hai. Dil tak baat toh pahunchni chahiye na. Shaadi bhi kar lenge.”

In the past few years, Sushmita Sen has been dating Rohman Shawl, an actor and model. In 2018, the couple formally announced their romance after starting dating. However, they revealed their separation to their admirers a few years later. Even though they are not romantically involved, they remain friends. Rohman stated in an earlier Zoom interview on their friendship:
“We are dal-chawal, there’s a comfort, we understand each other completely, and we don’t care what people think or talk about. I don’t get into that. I can’t explain my relationship to people, but we both understand each other, and that’s enough for me.”
