Janhvi Kapoor is one of the most popular star kid who proved her acting skills in the movie Gunjan Saxena. The daughter of late legendary actress Sridevi and filmmaker Boney Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor has been making headlines for long. Now, her younger sister Khushi Kapoor is also all set for her Bollywood debut. She has also been in the limelight and gets papped regularly at parties, events, and airports. Now, her daddy has also hinted towards her Bollywood entry.
Speaking to Bombay Times, Boney Kapoor revealed that his younger daughter Khushi Kapoor quite keen on getting into acting and the announcement of her debut film will be made soon. “Yes, Khushi is also keen on acting. You will hear an announcement soon,” he said. Boney Kapoor also mentioned that he won’t be launching his daughter though. “I have the resources, but I would rather have someone else launch her because I am her father and one tends to get indulgent. You can’t afford to do that as a filmmaker and nor is it good for the actor. Anil (brother Anil Kapoor) was still an established actor, so it didn’t affect him much, but I think I became an indulgent brother with Sanjay (Sanjay Kapoor) when he made his entry into films” he said.
Janhvi Kapoor made her Bollywood debut with Dhadak in 2018, produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and directed by Shashank Khaitan. Sadly, her mother Sridevi passed away before the film’s release, and could not watch her daughter shine on the big screen.
