The veteran actor Pankaj Kapur is one of the outstanding actors in Bollywood and in Jersey, we will get to see the father and son as they share the screen space. Recently, in an interview with CNN-News18, the actor Shahid talked about the enhancing experience he had while working with his father in this film.
When asked if he has any similarities with dad Pankaj Kapur, Shahid Kapoor was left in amazement. To this Mrunal Thakur certainly stated that they are both very different. While sharing that performing along with his father was frightening for him, Shahid Kapoor added that only if you try to compete is frightening, otherwise, there is so much to learn from their experience.
Furthermore, the actor Shahid clarified that If you stand in the frame with somebody and if he is giving you some energy and if you feel the heat of that energy and react with a kind of honesty and in a natural manner, that’s how great things happen.
According to Shahid Kapoor, such things happen when he shares the screen space with his father Pankaj Kapur. Moreover, the actor Shahid Kapoor revealed, “It was easier to act with him than to have him as a director. It was much more relaxed. We used to get time to chill and have a cup of coffee together in between shots.”
On the professional front, Shahid Kapoor is currently seen in his upcoming film Jersey, which will premiere in the cinema on 14 April 2022.
