Sara Ali Khan Shares A Throwback Picture That Showcases Her #FATTOFIT Journey

In the year 2018, Sara made her Bollywood debut with her excellent acting skills in Kedarnath. Yes, we are talking about Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan, who is brought up by her mother, Amrita Singh (Saif Ali Khan’s ex-wife). Being a daughter of Saif and Amrita everyone’s expectation is quite high from Sara. She has done several commercials as well. The diva is also known for being one of the most stylish actresses in the industry. Well, many of you don’t know that she was not s gorgeous as she is now. She was same as us, fat and grumpy but look at her now, no one can say that looking at her.

On April 10, 2020, Sara took to her Instagram handle and shared a collage of her throwback picture and her current photograph. Along with the picture, Sara wrote, “Something’s never change… literally! Talking about her weight loss journey, in an interview with the Vogue, she had talked about her dramatic weight loss. She had revealed, “For me, it all started in New York. I weighed 96kg and had a year to go before I graduated. The transition from pizza to salad and from lethargy to cardio is how I kickstarted my fitness journey. I simply started eating healthy and began working out when in New York.”

She had further added, “There were so many different types of classes in that city, from functional training to boxing to cycling. But because I was so overweight at the start, it was more about cardio-heavy workouts like walking, cycling and hitting the treadmill—so that I could lose the weight before entering the intermediate forms of exercise. A combination of functional training, Pilates, boxing and cardio. I like to change things up, but ensure that I work out for an hour and a half every single day—except on Sunday, because that’s my day to chill.”
