The news of Sushant Singh Rajput’s Drive movie co-star Sapna Pabbi going missing made it to the headlines yesterday. The actress and model was reported to be missing from her Mumbai home after she was summoned by the NCB for probe. However, now, the actress has come forward to talk about the same. She has refuted all such claims of going MIA and has given valid reasons for the same.
Taking to her Instagram handle, Sapna Pabbi shared a post stating she hasn’t gone missing. Instead, she is in London along with her family and that her lawyers have informed the same to the Narcotics Control Bureau. Her post read, “I am saddened to see speculative media reports in India about me being untraceable or missing. I have been back at home in London to be with my family and as such my lawyers have already communicated this with the authorities in India who are fully aware of my whereabouts.” Check out the post below:
According to the reports, it was NCB’s Zonal Director who had confirmed the news of Sapna Pabbi not responding to the summon. NCB’s Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede was quoted saying by the Mid-Day, “The notice was pasted outside her residence on Tuesday asking her to appear before the NCB in connection with the Bollywood drug syndicate but she didn’t respond and now has disappeared.”
Reportedly, Sapna Pabbi’s name came up in the investigation after one of the accused in the case Agisilaos Demetriades. He is the brother of former South African model Gabriella Demetriades who happens to be Arjun Rampal’s girlfriend.
