“Both my mom and my dad, unhone mujhe a ring present ki 8 carat diamond. So I was very excited, obviously press ne likha kisi ladke ne di hai ya engagement ring hai as usual. But they were disappointed when I told them that my father gave me the ring. Unka logic tha ki agar tumhara dad tumko itni badi ring de sakta hai, to jo banda tumhari Zindagi me aaye, usko isko beat karna padega.”

Speaking about it, she said: “My life has always been pretty musical, and now with Nick, it’s completely musical. I decided to date him after seeing the video for ‘Close,’ where his shirt comes off. So that song is my favourite.”
