Priyanka Chopra posted the best Easter photo of her daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas. She shared the shot on Instagram Stories, along with a little note for her followers. Malti is dressed in a white and yellow outfit, with her regular large hairband on her head. She is seated in a basket with several toys and is surrounded by a bouquet of yellow and peach flowers. Priyanka captioned the shot, “Happy Easter to everybody celebrating.”
Easter commemorates Jesus Christ’s resurrection after his crucifixion on Good Friday. It is also the end of Lent, a 40-day season of fasting and penance. On the occasion of Easter, several Bollywood celebs turned to social media on Sunday to wish their fans and friends the best. Talking about Priyanka Chopra, the diva dropped adorable pictures of her daughter on social media to wish her fans Easter.
Afterward, the star released more photos from her private celebrations, where Malti once again stole the spotlight. Priyanka began her album of the celebrations with a photo of her daughter wearing a bespoke shirt that wrote, “Malti Marie’s first Easter.” In the next photo, the mother and daughter are twinning in a washroom selfie. Malti then had a few solo photos were taken, including one in which she is lounging in her huge yard with family pets for companionship. “Easter Sunday,” Priyanka wrote in the caption.
Earlier, Malti and Priyanka were spotted at Siddhivinayak temple where the duo reached to seek blessings. Priyanka opted for a blue salwar kameez where as Malti was seen wearing a white outfit.
