Issues such as “porous waterproofing” led to mold contamination and related problems. Simultaneously, a water leak occurred in the barbecue area on the deck, causing damage to a section of the interior living area just below the deck.

In response to these issues, a lawsuit was filed against the seller in May 2023. Priyanka and Nick experienced difficulties, and their complaints highlighted problems with the waterproofing, mold contamination, and water damage. The couple is seeking consequential damages from the seller in this ongoing legal dispute.
