Nariyal Laddoo | Diwali Sweets Special | Woman’s Era

Dessicated coconut – 2 cups
Khoya – 1 cup, grated
Powdered sugar – 1.5 cups
Cardamom powder – 1/2 TSP
Slivered almonds – to decorate

Method
1. Heat ghee in a pan, add grated khoya and cook for 1 minute.
2. Add dessicated coconut to it followed by cardamom powder and sugar.
3. Cook the mixture lightly and take the pan off heat. Let it rest to cool.
4. Fist some of the mixture and press to hold a round shape. Roll the laddoo over some more dry dessicated coconut powder for good finishing.
5. Decorate with slivered almonds and silver leaves.
