Renowned for his humor as much as his musical and acting talents, Diljit Dosanjh recently shared a behind-the-scenes (BTS) vlog from his upcoming film Chal Kudiye with a hilarious twist. The actor-singer added a comedic voiceover, playfully mimicking his co-star Alia Bhatt, leaving fans in splits.

The video, shared on Instagram Reels, shows Dosanjh in a white suit alongside Alia Bhatt dressed casually in a black T-shirt and cargo pants. In the voiceover, Diljit mimicked Alia with a series of funny one-liners. “Hoon hoon Diljit ji kaha the aap. Arrey cameraman jaldi focus karo. Diljit ji aap Bombay mein concert kyun nahi kar rahe hain? Filmein bhi aap bahut kam karte hain, bas gaane karte hain. Aap na shuffle karte raha karein filmein, gaane, and all,” Diljit said, imitating Bhatt’s voice. Translated, it reads, “Diljit, where were you? Cameraman, focus quickly. Diljit, why aren’t you performing a concert in Bombay? You don’t act much anymore; you just sing. You should keep shuffling between films, songs, and everything.”

Diljit concluded the lighthearted voiceover with a humorous sign-off: “Okay Diljit ji, very, very Namaskar. Our film is coming out on 11th October. Watch it again and again.” His caption read, “JIGRA Releasing on 11th October @aliaabhatt.”

The post garnered immediate attention, with Dharma Productions commenting, “Nothing, just two Jigras catching up!” along with a smiling emoji. Alia Bhatt also reacted with laughing emojis, seemingly enjoying the fun tribute.
