Rapper Kanye West is once again entangled in legal controversy, as a former employee has filed a lawsuit accusing him of hiring a “fixer” to spy on his now-wife, Bianca Censori, before their wedding. The lawsuit, filed by an individual identified only as John Doe, also claims that West instructed him to investigate the Kardashian family, believing they had criminal connections.
Allegations of Secret Surveillance
According to the lawsuit, West allegedly asked Doe to track Censori during her travels abroad without her knowledge. These claims, however, have been quickly denied by West’s representative, Milo Yiannopoulos. In a statement to Page Six on Friday, Yiannopoulos labeled the allegations as “fantastical and false,” asserting that the lawsuit is an attempt to embarrass West amid speculation about his personal life.
Doe’s legal complaint includes accusations of retaliation, negligent and intentional infliction of emotional distress, and violations of labor laws. He also claims that despite working full-time for West, he was never compensated. His duties allegedly extended beyond spying on Censori to investigating West’s ex-wife Kim Kardashian and her family, with West reportedly harboring suspicions of their involvement in criminal activities.
Legal Challenges and Erratic Behavior
This latest lawsuit adds to a series of legal battles West has faced in recent years. Ron Zambrano, Doe’s attorney, emphasised the severity of the situation in an interview with Page Six, stating that his client feared for his safety due to West’s “erratic and unpredictable behavior.” Zambrano condemned the alleged threats of bodily harm or death that Doe claims to have received while working for the rapper.
Further complicating matters, Doe alleges that West was addicted to nitrous oxide during his employment, which he believes influenced the rapper’s decision-making. Zambrano suggested that West’s paranoia and erratic behavior may be linked to his alleged use of the substance, which a former chief of staff, Milo Yiannopoulos, had also previously claimed.
Marital Struggles Dismissed
In the midst of the legal drama, rumors about a potential split between Kanye West and Bianca Censori have surfaced. However, the couple was recently spotted together in Tokyo, dispelling reports of a divorce. An insider informed Us Weekly that while the couple’s relationship is rocky, they are working through their issues and do not plan to separate at this time.
“Bianca knew what she was getting into when she married Kanye, but the lifestyle has taken a toll on her,” the source added, noting that the pair continues to navigate their relationship challenges.
