Bollywood star Ileana D’Cruz, who recently embraced motherhood with the birth of her son Koa Phoenix Dolan, has been relatively private about her personal life. In a recent conversation, she expressed her desire to keep certain aspects of her relationship with partner Michael Dolan under wraps.
Embracing Motherhood and Personal Privacy
In an interview with the Times of India, Ileana shared her thoughts on maintaining a level of mystery in her life. “Having a bit of mystery is good, isn’t it? I’ve spoken about my relationships in the past and wasn’t too happy with the way some discussions went. Criticism about me is one thing, but I’m not okay with negative comments about my partner or my family,” she explained.
Ileana has previously shown her gratitude towards Michael with a heartfelt note. “On days when I’m too harsh on myself, Michael has been my pillar of strength. He’s been there to support me, wipe away my tears, and bring a smile to my face with his humour. His presence makes everything seem less overwhelming,” she expressed in her note.

Speculations once linked Ileana romantically with Sebastian Laurent Michel, Katrina Kaif’s brother, especially after they were seen together in the Maldives. However, these rumours remained unconfirmed.
Before her current relationship, Ileana had a long-term association with photographer Andrew Kneebone.
In her professional sphere, Ileana’s last appearance was in ‘The Big Bull’ alongside Abhishek Bachchan, a film produced by Ajay Devgn and directed by Kookie Gulati. She is set to appear next in ‘Unfair And Lovely’, starring opposite Randeep Hooda.
