In a candid interview with Mirchi Plus, popular singer Honey Singh opened up about an extravagant night out over a decade ago that left him with a staggering ₹38 lakh bill. The incident took place in a Dubai club back in 2013, where Singh and his friends experienced a night of lavish partying.
Reflecting on the experience, Singh recalled, “I have spent a lot of money in my life on parties. I would often realise that the bill was so high that I was returning home empty-handed.” He recounted that the night was shared with eight close friends, all indulging in drinks and festivities. “At that time, Dubai was much more expensive; it’s relatively cheaper now,” he noted.
Honey Singh described how their group expanded that night, stating, “We had 23 girls and 8 guys at our table, and we joined four tables together. It was a massive entourage, and drinks were flowing freely.” The scale of their celebration was underscored by the hefty bill, which required the use of three credit cards to settle.
He further explained the dynamic in Dubai’s nightlife scene during that time, where clubs often featured “eye candy” girls who would gravitate toward high-spending tables. “They would approach the spender tables to enjoy the night,” Singh added.
