On Tuesday, Bigg Boss 11 contestant Hina Khan’s father passed away due to cardiac arrest. The actress who was in Kashmir due to her work commitment flew back in town and was spotted at the Mumbai airport. It is a known fact that Hina was extremely close to her father and she posted a lot of adorable videos on her social media accounts with him.
Hina’s friends from the industry such as Kanchi Singh, Eijaz Khan, Hiten Tejwani paid their tribute to her father taking to their social media handles. Kanchi Singh shared a picture of Hina with her late father penning a condolence note. She wrote, “Unbelievable! RIP uncle. My heartfelt condolences to the entire family.” Bigg Boss 14 contestant Eijaz Khan too tweeted his condolence and prayers for her father and the grieving family. He tweeted, “Sorry for your loss Hina. Inna lilla hi wa inna ilayihi rajioon. Khuda unko jannat naseeb farmaaye.”
Bigg Boss 14 contestant Nikki Tamboli also prayed for Hina’s father and gave her condolences to the family. Also seen extending his condolences was senior actor Hiten Tejwani on his social media account.
Hina rose to fame with her show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai before she took part in Bigg Boss season 11. She later starred in a web series and film as well. Last year, Hina was seen on Bigg Boss 14 as a ‘senior’, to give the new season a jump start. She was joined by former Bigg Boss winners Sidharth Shukla and Gauahar Khan.
