Shah Rukh Khan’s and Gauri Khan’s son has been hitting the headlines for all the wrong reasons lately. For those who are unaware, Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was detained by the Narcotics Bureau Of Control for the illegal consumption and possession of drugs. After the hearing Aryan along with 8 others accused including Arbaaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha were sent to judicial custody for 14 days. However, hopes were high that the star kid is most likely to be granted bail on October 8, 2021 but sadly it didn’t happen. The Mumbai court rejected Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Mummun Dhamecha’s bail plea.
Soon after the decision was announced in the court, a video clip has been doing rounds on social media in which it is claimed that Aryan Khan’s mother, Gauri Khan, was seen crying inconsolably in her car, after the court sent her son to 14-day judicial custody. It breaks our heart to see Gauri in such a distressed state.
In reaction to NCB’s plea, Satish Manashinde had clearly stated that his client was invited to the cruise party by some person connected to the Bollywood industry just to add some “glamour” “A person connected with Bollywood wanted to add glamour to the cruise and hence invited him.”
Satish Maneshinde also added that his client, Aryan Khan has no connection, bond, or even knowledge about the organisers of the cruise party. He explained in his statement, “I (Aryan) am nowhere connected with any other person in cruise, or other arrested accused. I have no connection with the organisers or the bother arrested accused.”
However, Aryan Khan’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde admitted that his client knew Arbaaz Merchant and detaining someone just to know a person merely is utterly convincing. He said “He (Merchant) is my friend, I’m not denying that. But mere knowledge of a person is not enough to keep me in custody.”
