On January 11, Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli become parents to a baby girl. Virat shared the good news on social media and thanked everyone for their wishes. He wrote, “We are thrilled to share with you that we have been blessed with a baby girl this afternoon. We thank you all for your love, prayers and good wishes. Anushka and the baby are both healthy and we are feeling beyond blessed to start this new chapter of our lives. We hope that you can respect our privacy at this time. Love, Virat.”
Since the arrival of Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli’s little one, their fans are eagerly waiting for the first glimpse of the baby girl. Yesterday evening, Virat Kohli’s brother Vikas Kohli shared a photo of a baby’s feet. Fans wondered if that was a glimpse of the little one, or whether it was just a generic picture as he welcomed the newest member of their family. Sharing the picture, Vikas Kohli wrote, “Happiness overboard …. angel in the house.” Meanwhile, Virat’s sister Bhawna Kohli Dhingra also took to her social media and congratulated the new parents. She wrote, “So happy to be bua of a beautiful little angel. Congratulations proud parents Virat and Anushka.”
For the unversed, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma had announced their pregnancy by sharing a picture of themselves in which Anushka was seen with a baby bump during the pandemic and said that they would be welcoming the baby in January.
Meanwhile, Virat and Anushka have been receiving congratulatory wishes from their near and dear ones. Several Bollywood stars and sports personalities have wished the power couple for the new addition to the family.
