It is a mutual conclusion that the two have reached.
Breaking out the news to fans on social media, the Badrinath Ki Dulhania actress shared that she wrote, “ Hi everyone, Rohit Mittal and I have mutually decided to part our ways and end our marriage.”

Shweta, then added how after months of contemplation, she and her better half arrived at this decision, and wrote, “After months of contemplation, we arrived at this decision a few months ago in each other’s best interests, as individuals.”
Hinting towards her broken marriage and acceptance over it, the actress wrote, “Not every book is supposed to be read cover to cover, that doesn’t mean the book is bad, or one can’t read, some things are just best unfinished. Thank you Rohit for the irreplaceable memories and always inspiring me. Have a great life ahead, forever your Cheerleader,” thanking her husband Rohit Mittal about inspiring her, the actress wished for him having a great life ahead.
