Gauri Khan, Shah Rukh Khan’s wife, appears to be in legal problems. According to recent reports, a Mumbai resident filed an FIR against Gauri in Lucknow under section 409 (criminal breach of trust) of the Indian Criminal Code. In his lawsuit, the plaintiff, Jaswant Shah, claimed that he purchased a home in Lucknow under the persuasion of Gauri, but that the firm failed to hand over ownership of his flat on time.
According to media sources, Shah paid Rs. 86 lahks for the property to the firm, which has SRK’s wife as a brand ambassador. But, he said that he has not yet gained ownership of the item, therefore he has chosen the legal way. He filed the case not just against Gauri, but also against Anil Kumar Tulsiyani, CMD of Tulsiyani Construction and Development Company, and Mahesh Tulsiyani, its director. The property is located in Tulsiyani Golf View in Lucknow’s Sushant Golf City region, according to the complainant. He also alleged that the corporation sold the apartment to someone else without repaying his money.
Gauri and the corporation have not yet responded to the complaint. For the uninitiated, SRK’s wife has her own firm named ‘Gauri Khan Designs,’ and she is widely regarded as the industry’s best interior designer. She has decorated the homes of several Bollywood superstars, directors, and business magnates. She has created extravagant homes for celebrities such as Sidharth Malhotra, Alia Bhatt, Karan Johar, Jacqueline Fernandez, and others. Earlier, Gauri Khan and Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan arrested in an alleged drug case.
