Kangana Ranaut is once again making the headlines for her opinions on Alia Bhatt’s movie. The actress recently had stated that the 200 crores invested in making the ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ will burn to ashes at the box office. The actress wasn’t also happy with the casting of the film and said that ‘’for a papa ki pari’ who likes to keep British passport because papa wants to prove that romcom bimbo can act’’.
However, now it seems that the actress has changed her opinions about the film. Gangubai Kathiawadi was released yesterday and has done pretty well for the first day. Kangana took to social media handle once again and said that she is happy to receive the news that theaters are being revived in the south film industry. the actress further added that a few baby steps have also been taken in the Bollywood industry with a female-centric film that has a big hero and the film is directed by a superstar director.
Kangana did not mention any names in her post but indirectly said that the movie Gangubai Kathiwadi’s release has helped the theaters to do business. The movie theaters were shut for the longest time because of the pandemic and people associated were going through major losses.
The ‘Queen’ actress also said that the movie mafia has finally done something good.“Never expected that movie mafia will rise to the occasion and do something good. If they do we will be absolutely appreciative. Hoping for the best,” she wrote.
