It seems that the trouble for Bollywood’s king Shah Rukh Khan and his family is not resolving anytime soon. The bail plea of their son Aryan Khan along with Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha has been rejected thrice after their arrest in the Mumbai drug case on 2nd October. The star kid has already spent 18 days in the Arthur Jail after his bail plea was rejected by the Mumbai court to investigate further on the drugs.
The Mumbai court had reserved the order for the bail of Aryan Khan, along with 7 other accused till today, who were arrested by the NCB after the cruise ship raid. Meanwhile, NCB’s Sameer Wankhede, NCB Zonal Director, who had led the raid on the cruise ship, has refused to comment on the case but he signed off by saying “Satyamev Jayate”.
The court will further go on a vacation of one week on the occasion of Diwali on November 4th. If in case Aryan Khan’s bail plea doesn’t get accepted by the court then his stay at Arthur Road Jail will get extended. The star kid along with seven other accused have spent two weeks in jail after the NCB arrested them from the alleged rave party conducted on the cruise ship.
According to the reports, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan along with their lawyers will approach the Bombay High Court. The parents of Aryan Khan are expected to reach out to the high court for the bail of their son. Till then Aryan Khan will have to spend a few more days in the Arthur Road Jail along with other accused.
