Once Rekha and Akshay Kumar were had an affair
Rekha and Akshay were rumoured to be romantically involved in the late 1990s. The buzz increased in 1996. Raveena, on the other hand, disregarded the rumours and revealed something startling about Rekha. In an interview with Cine Blitz, Raveena stated that she and Akshay began dating in 1995, and that rumours of his relationship with Rekha began to circulate in 1996.
Raveena went on to add that the story was false and that Akshay wanted to flee from her. She added that the two were strictly on professional terms, and Akshay tolerated her only because of the film. She added that Rekha even offered him lunch dabbas from her house after that. According to a quote, she said:
