Priyanka Chopra was spotted arriving in Mumbai on February 2, 2025, as she took a break from filming her forthcoming project with filmmaker Rajamouli. While the planning for her brother Siddharth Chopra’s wedding is underway, Priyanka recently shared a preview of the “shaadi ka ghar” with her followers. The family was practicing a dance for the sangeet ceremony, while Malti Marie, the actress’s daughter, was having fun playing and colouring with her friends in the set of pictures. Priyanka wrote the following as a caption:
“Shaadi ka ghar.. !! and it begins tomorrow mere bhai ki shaad hai. Siddharth Chopra with Neelam Upadhyaya !! Sangeet practice to fam jams. So good to be home my heart is full, and so is my schedule. Who said a wedding is easy? no one … but is it fun? Absolutely! i’m looking forward to the next few days.”
In another number of photos, Priyanka is seen sitting and enjoying meals with her family, while her father-in-law, Kevin Jonas, and mother-in-law, Denise Jonas, partake in the festivities. Neelam Upadhyaya, the soon-to-be wife, was finally spotted dancing with a young girl. Nick Jonas, the spouse of the Bajirao Mastani star, likes the post as well. Earlier, the Hindustan Times reported that Priyanka will be staying in India for the duration of the wedding and carrying out her sister’s responsibilities. The actress completed the schedule for her renowned series, Citadel’s London sequel, in January 2025. Additionally, it is rumoured that the actress, who is now filming in Hyderabad, will be appearing in Rajamouli’s SSMB29, which also stars Mahesh Babu. Nevertheless, the news has not been verified.
