Radhika recently opened up about the rumour that she and Tusshar were dating. Neha asked her during a chat on her show ‘No Filter With Neha’ if there was anything going on between them while they were shooting their movie ‘Shor In The City’. Radhika said that she wasn’t in a relationship with Tusshar and didn’t even have his contact number. She called the reports “baseless”. “There were rumors of me dating Tusshar, well, I didn’t even have Tusshar’s phone number. I used to find all this so funny because I wasn’t used to it.”
Later in the episode, Radhika also responded to the comments made by Karan Johar’s co-host, Ekta Kapoor, on Karan’s show Koffee with Karan. For those who don’t know, on the show, Karan asked Karan who is Radhika and also called her a horsey beauty on national television. However, when the producer got asked to respond to Radhika’s comments on her brother’s alleged girlfriend, Ekta had stated, “Karan’s is a fun show, and the banter was like what any brother-sister has. I have no problem with Radhika.” It was said that Tusshar was upset because of what Ekta said about Radhika, and he said it was annoying to hear it from his sister. “I will not stand anyone talking about my personal life, and that goes for Ekta as well. It was not a fight, but more out of irritation. Radhika and I do get along, but I don’t want to label what we share.”
When Radhika was asked about all the issues that have been going on on Neha dhupia’s show, ‘No Filter Neha’, she was pretty cool about it. She said that she was studying dance in London when it happened, so she didn’t really know what was going on. But she did admit that when she met Ekta, she was really warm and welcoming. “When that happened, I was in London studying dance. I still really don’t know why this was said because I met her (Ekta Kapoor) after that, and she was lovely to me.” However, if the gossip mills have their way, the rumour mill is saying that Radhika apte in love with Tusshar kapoor was a case of the bubble bursting even before it began to bubble with love.
