Model and actress Urvashi Rautela has firmly dismissed the ongoing speculation surrounding her alleged relationship with Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant. In an exclusive interview with NDTV, Rautela put an end to the dating rumours that have circulated widely across social media, stating that the claims are entirely baseless.
“Regarding the persistent rumours linking me with RP (Rishabh Pant), I want to clarify that these memes and rumours are unfounded. I prefer to keep my personal life private. My focus remains on my career and the work I am passionate about,” Rautela stated. She added that it is crucial to address such matters transparently, urging the public to concentrate on truth rather than speculation. “I don’t understand why meme material pages get super excited,” she remarked, hinting at the frenzy caused by online gossip.
Rautela also opened up about the toll that public scrutiny can take on celebrities, especially when personal matters are involved. The actress emphasized the challenges of managing unfounded rumours but said she remains resolute in her approach.
“Dealing with constant scrutiny and unfounded rumours about my personal life can be challenging. I handle it by focusing on how I can control my work and personal growth. I choose to address rumours with clarity and honesty while maintaining my privacy and not letting speculation distract me from my career,” she explained. Rautela added that she relies on her support network to stay grounded and focused on her goals.
Professionally, Urvashi Rautela has a busy schedule ahead. She is set to star in the upcoming Telugu film NBK109 alongside veteran actor Nandamuri Balakrishna. Rautela will also appear in Baap, directed by Ahmed Khan, as well as Welcome To The Jungle, a film that promises a blend of action and drama. Additionally, she is set to feature in the highly anticipated sequel Kasoor 2.
