Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is the longest-running Indian sitcom and tops everyone’s list of favorite daily soaps. Jennifer Mistry has been playing the role of Mrs. Roshan Singh Sodhi in the show since the very beginning from the year 2008. And the character has not just stayed with everyone but has also found its own following over the years. The actress was recently in the news after reports suggested that she has exited the show because of being pregnant and it had left us fans heartbroken.
Now the actress has finally addressed the rumors of quitting the show and being pregnant and said, “I have been getting too many messages since last night if I have quit ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’. Some are even asking if I am pregnant. The truth is far from otherwise. I have just not been well, of late.”
Jeniffer revealed that she is not keeping well and had a high temperature for some days. “I had a lot of pain in the heel, which made my walk discomforting. I was on very strong medicines but the problem did not subside soon,” Jennifer added. “It wasn’t COVID but the fever only added to my woes.”
She revealed that she is all set to make a comeback on the show and is in touch with the team, “I am in touch with the team and there’s no problem. I don’t know why people jump to conclusions based on their own whims and fancies.”
