In a noteworthy development, Sonakshi has reportedly acquired a lavish apartment in the prestigious Bandra Reclamation area of Mumbai. Known for its opulent sea-facing residences, this locality stands as one of the city’s most affluent districts. According to BollywoodShaadis, Sonakshi secured her new abode in a high-rise sea-facing building. According to media reports, the actress has made a substantial investment of Rs 11 crores. Documents disclosed on the online platform Zapkey confirm the transaction. The deal took place on August 29, 2023, with Pyramid Developers overseeing the sale.
Reports indicate that the 36-year-old actress made this luxurious acquisition within the ’81 Aureate’ project, developed by the MJ Shah group on KC Road. The purchase included a hefty stamp duty of Rs 55 lakhs and a registration fee of Rs 30,000. The newly acquired apartment offers panoramic sea views, adding to its allure.

Sonakshi Sinha’s spacious flat boasts a carpet area of 2,208.77 sq ft, along with an additional 348.43 sq ft encompassing a lobby, servant quarters, and a restroom. Situated on the building’s highest floor, the 26th floor, her residence features a sizable 1,653.67 sq ft terrace, complete with parking space for approximately four cars. It’s worth noting that Sonakshi and her team have yet to officially confirm this news.
On the professional front, Sonakshi Sinha last graced the screen in “Dahaad,” where she starred alongside Vijay Varma and Gulshan Devaiah. The crime-thriller, currently available for streaming on Netflix, garnered acclaim from both audiences and critics alike.
